If you have any questions about the information below, please contact us. Each ticket that you get is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket as well as any applicable terms which the venue imposes.
If you do not receive a confirmation mail after submitting donation, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting donation, it is your responsibility to confirm with https://www.rootsofroyals.com. Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. https://www.rootsofroyals.com will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was or was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
No Refund on donation under any circumstances. If Roots of royals cancels an event then your ticket(s) will be for the next event or you can choose course(s) on our rootsofroyals.com website.
Ticket Information & ID Verification
You will receive your ticket(s) after the all donations are complete and after ID Verification as required.
You will need to send us your ID via email as required. Email ID’s to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Paperless Ticket – this may be the only delivery option available for some events that occur in the United States.
